Just a few green things I found around the house (from top left):
- Green peas for a three-year-old who loves veggies
- Carnations for a three-year-old who loves flowers (hmm…I’m seeing a pattern here…)
- Our quickly dwindling cash envelope for groceries
- Mint chocolate chip cookies
- Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince (SO good and now I can’t wait to get the final book!)
- Green rice krispy treats
- LeapFrog alphabet magnet toy on the fridge
Is there anything green around your house today? (Perhaps some flowers or other signs of spring, which I wasn’t able to find?)

Well I know you already know I love the color green so let me tell you some things I have in my office at school that are green! I have a desk set (stapler, tape dispenser, rubber band holder, push pins, paper clips, etc. that are all green), my green winter coat, I have a green recorder that I play with the fourth graders, and you will find a ton of green stuff on my bulletin boards. The best part is my students noticed that I had tons of green and they asked, “Do you like green?”
I don’t know what it is about that color but I love it!
*Sigh* I love this post for the green-ness of it all! St. Patrick’s Day! Spring! YIPPYYY! :)
I’m sitting next to some green pillows right now. And we have green paintings, bedding, toys, clothes…looks like we are fans of green around here :-)
Such a cute post! I may have to jump on board!
Yay!!! :D
I promised my kids some green dessert and then forgot about it until today. There will be green vanilla pudding on our table tonight!
