I do not have a labtop but I want one BADLY. Chris keeps asking me why exactly I want a labtop instead of just a regular old computer. What ammo can you give me? :-)

my laptop is from the dark ages too. but i love her. love her enough to even name her. :-)

and yes definitely i would take her on vacation. i always do. and this summer we're going camping with my family for the first time since having kids. so naturally i was extremely excited when i found out my mom reserved campsites with electricity!!! not that they'll have wireless there, but still, i can play games! :-)

Vacationing without our laptop?? NOT an option. You are not alone!

I'm just finding your blog through a comment you left on Jo-Lynne's blog. Tomorrow will be day 4 of the Shred for me (which I too bought with swagbucks!). Not sure if you're still shredding, but I'm going to be having a Mr Linky for any fitness or Shred related post tomorrow (Friday, which will be the inaugural carnival). I do LOVE my laptop! My applecare expires this week and I am freaking out because it has been doing a few weird things so I am going to take it in. Last time I did that they had it for several days and I am dreading that. I can hardly function without it :(

The Ipod Touch basically allows you to do all the same things…and can go with you anywhere, right in your pocket!

My laptop was "dumpstered" by Chris's office…not the nicest or most up to date model, but I love it. And we always take our laptop when we travel in case we want to watch a movie, listen to music or need to download directions to some local we hear about, but hadn't planned on visiting. Truthfully I use our desktop a lot, but my laptop is still just so handy:D (Although I just realized that with my laptop, Chris's laptop, Chris's office laptop and our desktop we have 4 computers in our house most of the time. How embarrasing…)

I would take it along…but only because I know I will need to check my e-mail for church and I can't take my laptop because they use it on Sundays. So…for selfish reasons, I would take your laptop…my laptop…a laptop on vacation!
