In the words of Mrs. Julia Sugarbaker, “This is the South. And we’re proud of our crazy people. We don’t hide them up in the attic; we bring them right down to the living room and show them off. No one in the South ever asks if you have crazy people in your family; they just ask which side they’re on.”
And how was your weekend?

lol, i’m looking forward to hearing about it :) (and good for you for just embracing the crazy!;)
ROFL, Fortunately hubby and I got married before he had the chance to meet ALL of my family.
Just to clarify – the crazy was ME this weekend. But I’m fine now. :)
can so relate…(sigh)
There you go. Really flaunt the crazy. I mean, we all have the southern blood coursing through our veins, so why shouldn’t you bring the crazy down every once in a while.
Aww, that’s too bad… but in that case, I can Definitely relate! ;) (Maybe God gave us our craziness so we can understand better where our “crazy” family members are coming from?;)
Oh, I totally embrace our craziness…you just can’t deny it.
And, after my recent trip to the ER, I can agree with this even more!
That was funny. There aren’t any crazy people on my side of the family, but my husband has a few, HaHa!!
i’m with brenda…. the crazies are on my husband’s side of the family.
i’m sure you weren’t THAT crazy, mary. like i said before… it happens to the best of us! :-) (and not saying that i’m the best, either!)
HA! This is my life. Seriously. I am related to these people.
I’m glad you’ve recovered from your crazies, or that you’ve learned to embrace it – whatever the case may be…
mmmmm-hmmmm….im from all shades of crazy. and proud of it!
=D
LOL I love that line… I remember it well. She rocked!
